Capital K9 Cleanup was born right in our own backyard. One day, while cleaning up after our dogs, my wife Jordan said, "People would probably appreciate this as a service." I laughed it off—until I discovered that professional pooper scoopers were actually a rapidly growing service industry. As usual, she was right.

What started as a simple idea grew into a family-run business built on professionalism, reliability, and genuine care. We know life gets busy, and scooping the yard isn't anyone's favorite chore. That's where we come in.

We're grateful for the support of our community and thankful to God for the opportunity to serve it.

Why a Doberman?

Our company mascot isn’t just a logo — it’s a tribute.

Capital K9 Cleanup was inspired, in part, by my late mother, Roni, who loved Dobermans and is survived by her beloved Dobie, Finn.

Finn remains a powerful reminder of her strength, boldness, grace — and, of course, that little spark of crazy we miss so much.

That same heart and energy fuels everything we do at Capital K9 Cleanup — because for us, it’s more than just clean yards. It’s love, legacy, and loyalty in every scoop.
